Our Story So Far

IQ Builders Merchant was founded back in 2014 and started out in a little, rented, loft space offering our customers a direct to site delivery service through some of the biggest brands, manufacturers and suppliers in the country and the south east.

A decision was then made to expand that service to the DIY community on a nationwide basis and hence our online store was born. This has been an ever-developing platform for us, constantly adding to and evolving our online store to try and offer as wide a variety of products, to you, as we can.

Throughout this, we have been expanding our own premises’ in Hellingly. We started off with the loft space, then moved on to a bigger unit. In which we built our first showroom. Showing off a huge sample range of bricks, flooring, doors, windows and much more.

Our next move was to an old cement yard. In doing so we took the massive decision to start keeping our own stock profile. We now keep copious amounts of products ranging from bricks and blocks to timber and sheet materials to adhesives and sealants and so much more. We are offering these products on a collection and a local delivery basis using our flat bed van and our HIAB vehicle.
